1. The sponsoring group's (College of Incipient Group) Officers and the Baronial Seneschal must approve the event prior to presentation in Baronial Curia.
2. A seperate Event Budget will be submitted to the Finance Commitee for approval.
3. The Event Steward agreses to submit a tentative schedule to the Seneschal, Baron and Baroness at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
4. Scheduling requests from the Baron and Baroness will be given due concern. All changes to the schedule will be confirmed with the Baron, Baroness and Seneschal.
5. The Event and Kitchen Steward agree to have all receipts turned into the Baronial Exchequer within 10 days of the event.
6. No "private" happenings such as weddings and auctions will be scheduled without the prior written consent from the Seneschal.
