- 3 new members inducted into the Order of the Pearl
- Kudos to the staff of the Baronial Birthday
- New Champions - Thadius and Gwydion

Seneschal's Report
Baron Bilgisayar
- Kingdom Seneschal is stepping down
- Baron Bil is looking for a new seneschal

Knight Marshal:
Lord Eadric
- Practices are on going
- Weare practice is back on about every 2 weeks

Chancellor of the Exchequer:
Lady Deidhra
- 26,071.03 in the bank
- I need your budgets, or they will default to last years
- Turn in your receipts

Chronicler Report:
Lord Tagdh
- Need submissions
- Due in December, which is Birka
- Got a new copy of Office
- Still in conversion to online issues
- Request for an email from ALL officers with their correct contact info
- Conversation ensued about online privacy issues

Mistress of Lists: 
Lady Tessa
- There is fighting
- Qual Cards should be forth coming
- Kingdom MoL is stepping down

Minister of Arts & Science: 
Countess Svava
- Classes happened at Crown Tournedy
- Some classes are already lined up for Birka
- Soliticing teacher for the Inn at Notting Crossing

Chatelaine: absent proxy
Lord Argus     
- New people are contacting us 

Captain of the Archers: absent proxy
Lord Cynric
- Two practices are going. Once winter hits it will be only one

Captain of the Fencers: 
Lady Jocelyn
- Fencing practices are happening
- Great Dartmough group this year
- Shared room for heavy list and fencers
- Ladys Frenia and Jocelyn are now youth fencing marshals

Chamberland: 
Lady Tessa
- We have stuff
- She wants to build shelves
- Batty has a blue cooler
- Discussion took place about mysterious tan crock and other baronial items

Chancel Minor:
- we need one

Chiurgeon: absent proxy
Aislinn   nothing to report

Gold Key:
Lady Anjuli
- She has all the Gold Key
- Discssion took place

Master of Dance:  absent proxy
Lord Rudah 
- Dance practice is happening

Webminister:
Lord Eadric   absent proxy
- Website is up

Minor Groups
- Notty Crossing, meeting are going on, people are attending, its exciting
  Inn on the 27th of Nov
- UNH had a demo
  It was dismal
  Baroness Maria recommended that it not happen again unless: lots of 
  upfront work is done and support is committed
  Lots of discussion
  Batty offered to help on the next one

Old Business:
- Baronial Birthday was successful, ie made money
  55 adults, 6 children, 39 for feast, 4 children

New Business:
- Birka 2009 - Jan 30 and 31
  We have merchants, but so far there has been a significiant drop in applications
  Birka meeting will be after Christmas
  MOL, Fencing, Heavy, classes, pre-reg are all in progress
  Dorio steped up to youth fighting
  Fashon show is a go
  Bronial court will be in the armory
  No alcohol in public spaces
  The policy for minors will be strictly enforced
- Batty brought up the topic of new walky talkies for Birka 
  That could be used for all events
  Discussion ensued and cell phones talked about
- Any youth marshal activity, the parent has to be there
- Midsummers bids are being talked about along with hosting K&Qs equestrian
