- Birka - tour for new comers at 10:00am on Saturday with the Baron and Baronessa
- Court - 3:30 int the armory
- Inventaion to the populace to process into EK court
- Seating is reserved for the people of Stonemarche

Seneschal's Report
Baron Bilgisayar
- 145 paid members in Stonemarche
- Master Dorio has volunteered to make a demographics map of where folks live
- Revies of fighter and fencer practices

Knight Marshal

- Sparce practices, but they are there
- We are heading back to Weare

Chancellor of the Exchequer:
Lady Deidhra
- 29,662.75 in the bank
- Working on the end of year report
- Last years EOY is in CIG
- Need budget requests end of the month

- CIG has been mailed for Jan/Feb
- Formated for move online

- There is a backlog of Qual Cards at the kingdom level
